Hello,
my Smart Hub wouldnt work, kept saying it is updating for 2 days, i have brought it back to factory reset and now it wont work at all no more.
it wont Find channels or get into the Smart Hub as it still says it's updating.
please help

Are you able to access the menu of the TV? If so, could you check the current software version of the TV? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.
