Hi,
I am unable to pick up any terrestrial or freeview channels. I have been through the online chat 5 times each time the session has ended (by them) without the issue resolved. I have so far confirmed I receive freeview in my area, replaced TV Ariel tried manual tuning and Reset the TV but still nothing. Are there any more options or do I request a repair service?

That's strange @Dwaf. Was the new aerial you had fitted tested after installation? Do you have another TV you can connect it to?

Hi ChrisM,
Havent tested the ariel as it’s new, I have a feeling that it’s not the TV but the antenna on the house. I came up with a work around to test the TV, I connected it to my dish and it picked up Freesat so it’s not the TV.
