Hey @SammySung,
What model of TV do you have?
Any luck if you disconnect everything (including the internet) from the TV and test it alone?

At risk of sounding like Roy from The IT Crowd does the problem persist if you switch off, unplug from the mains, leave for 10 minutes, plug back in and switch on again?

Roy's right, @Gashead.
Sometimes turning your TV off and on again can solve the issues.
Did this work?

Can you try disconnecting the TV's power cord from the power outlet and leave it unplugged. Then press and hold the power button on the TV for 10 seconds. After you have held the button for 10 seconds, let go then try to power the TV on. :smileyhappy:

I have the same problem and my TV model no. is UE55F6770SSXZG. I tried what you suggested but it doesn't help.

The tv is faulty. It should work and if not get it repaired or get a refund.

How do I get it repaired? Can I get a technician from Samsung itself.
