Hi all,
I have a set of Deco WiFi hubs that have an app which allows me to see what devices are connected and there upload/download rate.
I’ve just noticed that my Samsung TV is almost always sending and receiving data. It’s only about 1KB download and the odd spike to 5KB upload but this is happening even when the TV is off.
Is this normal behaviour? What is it sending and receiving?

This is simply because your wifi antenna still "hears" the data going through the wireless network on which you are connecter. Even if your TV doesn't ask for any data at the moment the traffic there is on the network will still be counted by the wifi chip on your device.
It will be the same on any public network or if you have another phone or a computer connecter on the same wireless router and generating traffic.
