Hi,
Just bought a brand new Series 7 Samsung; netwflix worked ok for one week and no longer working now.
When I click Netflix icon I get black screen or the program loading free at 25%.
I'm having to connect my Roku stick to the HMDI to watch Newtflix which is kind of annoying..
I have reset to factory setting twice and disable auto-update software (current version 1165) but nothing.. still freezes..
How to fix this Samsung? ..

Hey @tellme_why,
Can you try opening the app from the recommended apps page in the Smart Hub? Let us know if this allows it to load correctly.
Are all other apps streaming content as normal?
