Hi, have had my TV working for about 3 hours now but keeps saying that the smart hub is updating, anyone have any idea what to do, or know how much longer it will take?

Are you still having this problem? If so, could you tell us the model code of your TV and the software version? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
