TV Shuts down after a few hours of viewing

Our 40” Samsung turns itself off after I think two hours of viewing and I cannot see a setting to stop this. There is no eco setting on or anything similar so not sure why it’s doing it.

Could we just grab the full model code on your TV? You'll be able to find this by going to: Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.

Do you have any other devices attached to the TV? Does this happen when using any apps or is it completely random?
