Morning;

I've bought a TV samsung KS7000 , and i have some issue

The Tv is connectect to my PC in HDMI -

Randomly - the TV go black for few seconds .

I've edit the source where i've plug the pc as "blue-ray" so i can use HDR mode ; but quite often the source go back as PC itself.

My feeling is that the tv try to resynchronise  the connection with the PC . going though many website it seems to be a "hdmi hansake issue"

i've bought a new HDMi cable and i still have the issue

any idea how i can fixe this ?

thanks

I love the lack of reply to this...tells you everything you need to know about Samsungs tech support and support for fixing this issue on this tv.

Hi all.

Can you confirm model codes of your TVs and the current firmware version on them?

Before I update to a possible more problematic firmware can you confirm what it addresses?

Does this fix any HDMI issues?

UPDATE HAS NOT RESOLVED THIS OR ANY OF THE HDMI ISSUES MENTIONED IN PREVIOUS COMMENTS WITH NINTENDO SWITCH, XBOX ONE OR PS4!!!

Please update us on the fix situation ChrisM as these issues, lack of customer care and Samsung response have gone on long enough.

Yep, here we go again......silence!

I have emailed digital foundry who recomend this tv for gaming regarding this issue as they should be updating there review to reflect the issue.

After Updating manually from T-JZMDEUC-1168.2 to T-JZMDEUC-1169.2:

- I still get the black screens.

- Nintendo Switch also still causes HDMI to auto switch when in sleep.
