Hi,
I have a SAMSUNG TV UE65KS9000 SUHD 2400. When I start the Spotify application, the system show the waiting connection. After 20s the message "Error" appears under the Spotify logo. However, my Spotify smartphone application can connecte to it.
Did somenone have been this problem, how can I solve it ?

Hi @Nilmoty.
Any of the other apps on the TV not working (not working at all, or slowly)? What's the internet connection like for the TV?

I was checking out the Spotify Community to see if there was anything that could shed some light, and saw that you posted a thread over there. Not sure if you've done a search on stuff over there, but I did find this thread that matches what you're experiencing. Let us know if anything you find over there works for you, @Nilmoty.

Hi,
The proposed solution on the Samsung forum didn't solve my problem. I think it's a low bandwidth internet problem. Do you think this is the origin of my problem ?
My problem is still not solved.
