Soundbar volume low

I have a Samsung Q60 75" TV with a Samsung R450 soundbar. With the speaker connected via the optical cable, the volume output while using the Hulu app is extremely low. Even maxing the volume out doesn't help. Both the Spotify and Netflix app audio are great. Connecting the speaker via bluetooth makes the volume slightly louder, but not nearly where it should be. Please help.

As this seems to only be happening with one paticular app, we'd suggest uninstalling the app and then reinstalling. Have a look at this useful link to see how to do this.
