Above is the model number of the TV. I've had it since it was released I believe and haven't had any issues at all. Until now.. So far I've used Netflix and Prime Video apps and recently and the sound randomly cuts in and out, with the video still playing. The Internet speed isn't an issue, nor is it the fact there's too much using the WiFi. It's only started doing it recently. It's obviously quite irritating when your sitting, edge of your couch, waiting.... And then the sound cuts for a few seconds! Completely intrusive.
I have tried updating the software on the TV and its up to date, and the apps are up to date too.
