After the All 4 App didn't work I updated as suggested here. As a result the telly UE32H5500AKXXU was stuck in the update.
I then reset the smarthub and now I can not set it up. It prompts me for a tv software update which I have done, there isn't one. The Samsung Account and App setting options in the menu are greyed out. I went through initial set up but when I go into Smarthub it tells me it s being updated.
In the self diagnosis of the smart hub connection ERR08007 is shown. HELP please, all I wanted was to update all 4

My problem 3 years on is same. Like you I'm getting no replies. Did it ever get sorted for you?
