Smart remote voice control not working

Hi, 

my universal remote "rmcspk1ap1" has recently stopped working in the voice control.

no matter what you command it instantly comes up with "I did not recognise what you said".

everything else with the remote works fine, I have replaced the batteries etc but still no luck 

any help appreciated

mine has literally started with the same problem... tells me it’s ‘All ears’ then tells me ‘it has too many tasks going on’

Here are my TV details:

Send it back for a replacement as the TV should work as advertised .

What is the fix. I have these issues and its garbage.

I performed the process of removing the batteries from the remote and turning off the TV along with un-pluging it as you suggested. I then replaced the batteries in the remote and turned on the TV, I then performed a repairing of the remote (back and pause buttons). Everything now works.

I sent the tv back and got it replaced. All ok now

Got mine fixed. Cant remember how. Also got my bose soundbar working with it.

I got the problem fixed after umpluggin the TV from the wall outlet
