Voice command stopped working about two weeks ago, brand new tv, about a month old. Connection is fine; however still not working. I see others have had the same issue in the past and some were resolved. Error message states “It’s taking me a while to respond because of too many tasks. Get back to me later.” Please Help! 😞

What software version is installed? Settings > Support > Contact Samsung

I am too having the same problem with voice control. It worked for one day and has since stopped working.

There is a software update available for your TV, @Oweno92. You can check this by going to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
