I have just started using siptv. Paid the 5.50usd. But i have just changed broadband supplier and found that the app has frozen. On loadip it says connection timed out to server. Can anyone please help me solve this. I reset my tv and My router. I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org with my query along with my MAC. Not heard back fromthem as yet.
What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV, or alternatively, Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.
