It's my habit to control TV (like changing channel or volume up/down) while i am using my notebook.
In past, i used an official Windows software named "Smart View" (https://www.samsung.com/tr/support/smart-view/)
But after i updated my operating system to Windows 10, i cannot use this software. Even i cannot start.
It always says "Smart View has stopped working"
I changed compatibility configuration to windows 8 or 7
I run it as administrator.
Stopped antivirus, disabled firewall and active file protection guard.
But nothing solved the problem.
In brief, i want to control my Samsung TV in my notebook but i cannot.
How can i solve the issue?
