My Smart TV - UE48H5570 - act funnys when connected to the internet (Thats when I can get it connected) I can't control the volume or change channels. Also the TV runs very slow when I try to change the picture color etc. It also wont connect to the WIFI for me, it doesn't see the router. I have done a factory reset. It seems to work fine when I have no internet connection. Any suggestion please?
