Smart Remote genius not working

Hi all,

I have a problem with my Smart remote genius

I am trying to skip on youtube with pushing the button, but sthe remote its not skipping, its only stoping the video.

Please help me

Which TV do you have? Is the software up to date? Does this only happen with YouTube or other apps too? Have you tried changing the batteries in your remote control?

I have already changed the batteries, but the issue is still happening. This happens only with youtube, when I am trying to skip videos. I have also record and video, I can send you in e-mail if you want. I have tryed to update the software, but I think that I have already tha latest version.

Have you tried resetting the Smart Hub? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. Let us know how you get on.

Yes, I have done everything,I think that the youtube app  is the main problem for my tv
