As of today, I've noticed that the Smart Hub seems to be a bit broken on my Samsung UE43JU6000. I have tried all sorts of apps on the TV but none of them even begin to start up. I have reset the Smart Hub too but I can't even log in again after either. The TV just freezes up and won't load any of the apps in the slightest. Fortunately I can still back out of it but it's incredibly frustrating to not be able to use any of the apps in the slightest.
Hi @mogalas, have you checked you have the latest firmware on the Samsung site and if not download to USB and update that way. Know you have done the Smart Hub Reset but can you do a full factory reset to see if that makes any difference ,if firmware not the issue.
