Model: UE40H6400AK
When I press the Smart Hub button on the remote and try to select an app (e.g Netflix, Amazon Prime) the app options disappear and instead the source options appear at the top of the screen, like I had pressed the Source button. And then, when I select one of the source options (e.g TV, HDMI) it instead selects the option NEXT to it like the remote isn't calibrated properly.
Forgive me me for not giving a great description but I would be very grateful for any help in solving this matter.
