Set Up TV Banner

I've got a 3 day old 55MU6120.

All working, no issues, bar one little quirk. I've successfully connected Sky and on the sources I can see the Sky logo and I can move that to a tile on the home screen.

When I hover over that Sky tile though, when I hover over the tile though I get a green banner that says "Set Up TV". From what I've read the expected behaviour is that it pulls through most watched channels but this just isn't happening.

I've tried a soft reset and a hard reset but neither has worked. Any help appreciated.

Same with sky Q on 8 series 55inch. Any ideas @Samsung

I never got this sorted mate.

I think what I did though is categorise that input as a games console, but call it Sky. 

It then pulls through the Sky logo properly without the setup banner coming up. Let me know how you get on.
