Screen not showing picture but sound working

Please can anyone help - we have a Samsung TV with a One Connect. My young children got hold of the remote and pressed something which now means we are just seeing a screen saying Sky in a white circle but have dull sound? Netflix, Amazon etc all showing the picture just not Sky (HDMI 1). Can anyone shed any light? The customer service line and online help are currently disabled due to COVID19.

Have you tried disconnecting your TV and Sky box from the mains supply for a few minutes before reconnecting?

Thanks Chris - I ended up leaving it all unplugged overnight and that seemed to do the trick. It was definitely having a funny few minutes! Thanks for replying 🙂
