I am really not sure what to do my tv says its connected to the internet but when i open youtube or hbo go they wont load...When i use my phone hotspot everything loads fine...
Hey @Roza1121! The fact that when you are using your hotspot the TV works fine may mean that the issue is lying with your Wi-Fi. Have you got any other device connected to the Wi-Fi? Are they experiencing a similar issue?
