Samsung smart tv Smarthub is gone

Hi all im a dude from denmark 

my smart Tv model UE55K5505 i just upgradet the tv firmware last freday now the hole smart tv section is gone 

bud when i seach on Netflix ore youtube i can se them and ther are install bud cant realy do eny thing with them 

i can watch netflix bud cant use Smarthub install more apps ore uninstall them becurse i need smart hub for it 

can som one help me out please 

things i tryt   

re install all settings to faktery settings  and nothing happens only tv  nothing els 

i tryt reset wifi nothing happens i tryt reset kablet ethernet  nothing happens

Hi @Galaxydude 

Let's try resetting your TV through the menu of the TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. You'll be asked to enter a PIN code which is usually set to 0000.

Let us know if this makes any difference.
