Samsung smart TV UE32J6250

Hello.

I have a Smart TV UE32J6250, in germany.

Now i moved to Ukraine and cannot use the smart hub.

I  treid to reset all settings, at the "Smart Hub Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy" Page i treid to use this 3 ways to get a full country list :

1. 

MUTE - RETURN - VOL UP - CHANNEL UP - MUTE

» - 2 - 8 - 9 - «

3. 

MUTE - VOL UP - CHANNEL UP - MUTE

They all didnt work.

Can anyone pleease help me ? How can i change the country or get a full country list ! 

I treid the engineer option too but i couldn't understand anything! You can change a region but there are no countries names. Just letters or asia or india ( something like that)

If anybody know how can i choose another country please help me. I can choose one of 3. Austria, Germany or Switzerland. Those 3 i cannot use in Ukraine.

This may help - worth a try.

1. reset Smart Hub
2. change the region to one remote from you such as Canada
3. rest Smart Hub
4. change the region to the one you want - Ukraine

there is a code that you need to enter with your remote control once your on the terms and condition, dont agree to it yet!    then enter the code for the region/server

Code will depend on the type of remote control that you are using

If you have Smart remote:    MUTE - RETURN - VOL UP - CHANNEL UP - MUTE
If you have IR remote:     >>(FF) – 2 – 8 – 9 <<(REW)

I can only choose  from 3 regions Germany Austria and Switzerland and no other options.

The way to get full list of countries dosent work at all.

I treid both ways .
