I bought my TV from Best Buy almost a year ago. The Samsung remote has not consistently work since I bought it. Best Buy has failed me time and again to fix it. I usually have to pair the remote with the TV most every time I watch the TV. Now it states that it is Not Available when I try to pair the remote. Please help me. Thank you.

What's the full model code of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Are you referring to the Smart Remote not working and not the standard remote?
