Having problems loading iplayer. Goes to screen and says it’s loading and nothing is happening. Have deleted app and reloaded and have set to factory settings but still not loading. Model code isUE40JU6445KXXU
Hi @Ives. Is the software on your TV up to date? You can check by pressing Menu on your remote and going to Support > Software Update. The latest version is 1530.1 and is available here. If it is up to date, I recommend resetting your Smart Hub. To do this, go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000. Let me know if this helps!
