I just bought Samsung UE50NU7472 50" last week and it working , found all channels , but now when i go to settings a lot of settings about searching for channels are locked , the option about resetting factory settings is locked , it's like the tv enter something like safe mode (?) , i can't search for channels , can't reset the settings.Anyone know why?
