Hello, I have a UE50KU6000K and recently I tried, due to the covid-19 outbreak and poor Internet connection, watch some movies through the USB and media player built-in the tv. I am a computer engineer and I knew the name "problem" in which both files need to have the same name, just a different extension, in this case mp4+srt, but the tv keeps refusing to show the subtitles, even though it has the subtitles option on. I have my TV updated, my TV version is 1242.
