Hello,

My TV reboots itself multiple times after each other. Then like 2-3 minutes nothing happens and suddenly it starts rebooting itself again. This is very frustrating. Are there any solutions for this?

Hey @Maxjek95x ,

Do you have any external devices connected to it? If so, can you unplug all of them and test the TV to see if the issue persists? I Can also see that the latest software version available for this is the: 1270.6, are you able to check if your TV is currently running on this one?

Hello,

Thank you for the quick response. I have unplugged every other cable, except the power cable ofcourse. The problem still persists.
It says my current version is 1270. However I don't see the ".6" somewhere? When I search for updates though, it tells me there are no new updates.

You are very welcome @Maxjek95x .

Keep in mind that sometimes the Tv doesn't display the latest version. With this in mind, I would recommend updating your TV via USB. To do it, you will need to go to this link: https://www.samsung.com/es/support/model/UE43NU7405UXXC/ Once there, scroll down to Download Manual, at the bottom click Show More. Please download the following file:

  • Archivo de mejora (tipo USB) ver 1270.6 (Multi-idiomas): All OS 2019-08-08.
  • Firmware Update User Manual ver 1.0 (Multi-idiomas): All OS 2018-11-29.

You can follow the Upgrade Guide for full instructions on how to update your TV via USB. You will also need a blank USB stick. After downloading the Upgrade File, make sure you extract the file from the folder. Keep in mind that this file is a “Self Extracting” one and needs Double clicking from a Windows PC to start the .exe file process. Also, make sure that you place the extracted file in the root directory of the USB stick. Once done, connect the USB to your TV's USB port. Turn the TV on, wait for one to two minutes and follow the instruction displayed on the screen.

The page is in Spanish as I'm unable to find this on our Uk page. However, both files, the manual and update are multi-lingual so you will be able to choose your language there. Let me know how that goes.

That is odd. Have you extracted this on an empty USB memory and plug it to the TV? You can find more detailed information about how to do this here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/how-do-i-update-the-software-on-my-samsung-smart-t...
