Hi All
I have a Samsung UE40K5100 Joiii and since I've moved the screen into a different room in the house, the TV guide shows 'no information' for all channels
I've reset the screen and run the initial setup again and this didn't work
The only thing that is different now with the setup, is that I am using an external aerial
Anyone else have this problem and have a fix?

Just to confirm, I did manage to fix this
It was simply the date on the tV being completely wrong, as soon as I changed it, the TV guide fixed 🙂

I have the same problem. I have set the time and date correctly but still have not TV guide. Please help someone.
