The television will only respond to the remote for about the first 5 seconds after turning on. It may eventually turn off (after several minutes) but doesn't respons to any other commands. Neither does it respond to the joystick.
It has been left turned off for long periods (and unplugged) to no effect.
It was Factory Reset 2 days ago, worked properly fr about 3 hourse, then died again.
I have tried three differedt remotes and the red light flashes on the set, it just ignores all incoming commands.
Any suggestions please.
