Samsung TV UE49F6320 screen mirroring is not working. Help please

I am trying to screen mirror from my laptop to my smart tv.

My Smart TV info is:

       Model Code  - UE49F6320

       Software Version - T-MST12DEUC-2111.1.

      I am trying to connect it from my laptop which is windows 8.

error is it telling me 'Something went wrong'.   What should i do?

I'm guessing that you've got your TV and laptop set up on the same Wi-Fi network. Do you have the Smart View app installed on your laptop?
