Samsung TV QE49Q70RATXZT won't change channel

Hello, 

I have a strange problem... While scrolling trough the channels and after I reach a certain channel I cannot change the channel with the "ch+ of ch-" buttons on the remote no way... I have to go use the channel list or channel guide...

How is that possible???

Thanks for the info, @HappyHippo1. I've just taken a look and there is a new version available (1318.0). If you're unable to download it directly from the TV, it can be found here.

This requires access to a computer and USB stick. If you're unable to do that, let me know and I can arrange a USB stick to be sent out to you with the update on.

So I did the update... And it still doesn't work 😞
