Samsung 50"MU6120 - No Bluetooth?

Hi!

I recently purchased the 50" MU6120 from a UK retailer (I am also in the UK).  

My initial order arrived with a Samsung Smart remote and this worked perfectly with the TV.  However, the TV was damaged so it had to be replaced with a second 50"MU6120 however, when the replacement  arrived, it was shipped with no Smart Remote and my initial Smart Remote now won't pair up with the replacement TV.

I have gone into the Service menu and ensured all the bluetooth optinos are enalbled however, the Smart Remote still fails to pair up no matter how many times I reset both the TV and remote??

This is leading me to beliove that some 50"MU6120 units are shipped with buletooth but others do not....!?

Can anyone confirm?

I was going through some older threads and spotted your post. Unsure if you eventually got to the bottom of the mystery, but according to the spec on our website and the spec sheets we have at our end, the MU6120 doesn't support the Smart Remote feature, and so units of that model shouldn't be shipping with Smart Remotes.
