Nevertheless the sequence does not seem to work....
What I do:
1) Enter following screen (Terms and Conditions)
2) Press the sequence:
Is it correct?
1.go in to general menu
4. choose language
5. choose country (set to other)
6. there will be more windows about setup, internet and channels
7. you will come to this on
And here you have to press "mute , volume up, channel up, mute
I have a similar problem, I have moved from Amsterdam to London and bought my QLED TV in the Netherlands.
it is impossible to change the region from there to UK.
This is just totally disappointing- spent so much money on this product and this single issue is annoying me so much.
