I just got a new tv SAMSUNG 43" 4K ULTRA HD HDR LED SMART TV (UN43MU6290).. I notice on the first day that there is a redish mark on the screen with what looks like a reddish haze below it. I have no clue what this is and im ready to return the tv unless there is some way to fix it. i will post some picture of what it looks like and if anyone has any information for me that would be great. thanks.
Hi @TankmanDan! Let's run a picture test on the TV. To do this go to: Press the Menu button > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture test > Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Picture Test. The image should be clear and free from any distortion. Is the image clear or still distorted?
