So what would cause this on my q9fn. Hardly used. Owned a few months. After 30mins of use this grid of spots appear. They go away when TV is powered off and cooled down. @thomas2302: Are the spots visible on all sources/programmes? If you go to Menu > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, and follow the on screen prompts, is the issue present here? If so then I recommend contacting the Samsung AV Team on 0330 726 7864 where an advisor will be able to assist you further.
