Had QR 90 installed on Saturday and am generally pleased with the performance - two gripes however...all our services are connected through the One Connect box and this leaves us at the behest of the Samsung remote. Not the most user friendly and only allows us to access Sky through a convoluted trail through menus. Similarly the silver, expensive looking remote, seems to do little other than allow Bixby to bring up messages on screen at the most inconvenient times. Does anyone know whether we could use a more user-friendly One for All remote, or something similar to overcome these issues?
