QLED TV wont connect to soundbar

Hi All

I have just purchased a QLED TV and a Wharfedale Vista 200 soundbar. The soundbar connects and works well when on the TV channels but stops working when I switch to Netflix, Fire Stick etc.

I have tried connecting by HDMI cable and Optical cable but have the same result.

Any advise would be very welcome.

Did you manage to get this sorted out, @stevied59, or are you still having the same problem?
