QLED TV setup against UnityMedia

I purchased QLED5 in Netherlands and trying to use it in Germany.  I have UnityMedia tv connection.

 

During setup, in the list of countries, I dont see Germany.  I only see, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg.  After selecting Netherlands, when I proceed further, I do not see UnityMedia in the list of operators.  

 

Because of these issues, I am not able to receive UnityMedia cable tv.  Anyone knows where I can download the firmware for Germany and receive UnityMedia cable tv?

I thought the TVs only had freesat tuners not cable TV tuners ....
