I have an QE65Q9FNATXXU TV connected to a Sky HD box on HDMI input. How does it get the source name label information and how do you check it is being sent?

Hi @Opt,

you have to configure the universal remote control on the menu=> source=> universal remote control.

Thanks @7alhoul it helped although I am still baffled as it worked when setup originally and then disappeared!
