I'm having a major problem with my TV. Just connected it up and no getting a perfect picture.
Need some help.
I also did a software update but did not help.

How old is it? I would skip all the hassle and return it for another tv.

Where did you ship it to? Any Samsung repair centre's where you live? Have you tried contacting the retailer to see what they could do?

Did you buy it online and had it delivered because if you did you may be covered under the distance selling regs. I think you need to inform you retailer as soon as possible and see what they say.

To Kenya . They do but there said it might be the motherboard but again they are not 100% and will take 3-6 weeks to get the part and really know if that's the proproble but not under warranty. So price might be very high too to repare.

They said I'll need to bring it back to them. May cost me 1000quid just to send it back.
