Hi @Gregg_616.

Have you tried resetting the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. When going through the set up of the TV again, you'll then be asked to select the correct region.

Let us know how you get on.

The tv is also clicking when it's on and for a while once it's turned off. Why would it do this?

Cheers

Hi all,

The clicking noise is becoming louder and starting to get really annoying. It's the same noise the nu800 was known to do.

It's getting to the point that I'm regretting buying the tv.

Hi @Gregg_616. Do you have any external devices connected to your TV?

Hi Carl,

Only a ps4, but the tv does it whether tge ps4 is turned on or off. And also continues to click for a short time when it's turned off. Almost like it's discharging static. It's seriously frustrating!

If you remove the HDMI cable from your PS4, does it still happen, @Gregg_616?

Hi @Gregg_616. I've just come across this thread too. Is this what you're experiencing?

Hi Carl,

Yes, sounds exactly the same.

It's driving me nuts!
