Q6 ambient Mode pictures won’t work with my iPhone version of Smart Things

New Q6 QLED TV won’t allow me to add personal pictures for the Ambient mode, with my iPhone SmartThings app

Hi,

Have you had any joy?  It's 2019 and it looks like the SmartThings app is still broken and wont allow you to browse pictures on your iPhone.  I managed to do it ONCE in December, after that it has been broken.  Samsung are apparently refusing to acknowledge this judging by a lot of other threads and mentions of this topic...
