Purple clouds forming in dark areas

Hi

I have a problem, recently purple/blue clouds are forming in dark areas.

It does not depend on the source as the menus are effected too.

I have uploaded a viedeo where the problem can be seen.

It seems that if I disable "Smart-LED" feature (I think its local dimming of some sort) the problem is gone.

Does someone else has this problem?

I spoke to Samsung customer support. Without looking at my video the claim the panel is broken and needs to be replaced!! But I do not think the panel is broken because if I deactivate "Smart-LED" erverything works normal. 
I think its an electronics problem... mainbord maybe!?

Could you clarify what you mean by 'deactivate Smart-LED' please, @Matthias83?
