Why Prime is not working on Smart Tv?!?!

reset my tv/Wi-fi several times but nothing work! Only Netflix working! 

also I'm try to reset my smart hub but not working too with my log in?!?!

Go to prime video settings and deregistee your tv from device list and register again. Login again and see. It wil work mostly
