Hello. Please samsung fix blur effect on 4k TV mu7000

I have searched the forum and tried judder correction option (set to 10 maximum). Tried to activate/deactivate Hdr, game mode,... Etc

When my son for instance plays a 2D game on his Ps4 (crash bandicoot n sane trilogy) , The blur is so noticeable on the background that it almost hurts watcher eyes.

By the way my TV is on latest firmware 1240. Thank you.

Hi @Depaul.

It seems that there is a very recent software update available from the Samsung website, which you can download to USB, to upload to your TV. Have a look at this link.

Yes unfortunately there is still very blurry moving background in 2D games.

I'm saying this because my old 1080p TV was fine.

Tried the option "CLEAR LED" but black frames are also very noticeable.

I've updated many times but the blur is still here. Don't know if this issue is related to hardware or software.

Thank you.

Ok after almost a year owning this TV I gave up... even with 4K movies the blur is very disturbing when there is action or movement.

I regret having bought this TV at $700, I am looking for another TV that doesn't suffer this problem.

If anybody has a suggestion (LG, SONY...) please let me know. Thanks.
