I will be watching my TV and all of a sudden it will turn itself off and leave me with an error message STB . I am not sure if this has anything to do with the One Connect Box. This happens with and without using this box. Right now we are watching it on AV only and we still have this problem.
To be able to watch TV again, we have to reset our cable box and cross our fingers. Because it doesn't always work.
PLEASE HELP ME.
