Hi I have recently purchased the QE65Q950RBTXXU 8K 950R TV set. It’s a great TV but unfortunately our One Connect box that came with it got destroyed in an accident. I can’t source a replacement box online and my TV now seems utterly redundant without it. Samsung haven’t proved much help so far. Before going down the insurance route is there any advice about how to solve this?
